Re: Notice for Meeting of the Members to Vote on Restatement of the Bylaws

The Board of Directors of Associations, wanted to inform its residents of an upcoming vote on the
Second Amendment and Restatement at an upcoming members meeting. The meeting and vote will begin to
take place at the following Date: May 3, 2018, Time: 6:30 pm, and Location: First Baptist Church of Progress Village, 8722 Progress Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33619. The primary purpose of the vote is to Amend and Restate the Bylaws to modernize the documents, improve methods of voting, improve the
election process, make the documents more consistent, and processes more efficient. If you have any questions on the mailer, please attend the meeting.
We will be re convening this Members Meeting some time in July.
